1. About This Tool

Job Bot is a job-search automation system. It helps you discover job listings, review and score them, find potential recruiter contacts, and draft outreach emails.

2. Contact Detail Discovery — Best Effort Only

The app makes a best-effort attempt to locate recruiter and hiring-manager contact details for the company advertising a vacancy. It does not guarantee that the contact found is the correct person for that specific role or company.

Contact enrichment uses third-party data providers and heuristic matching. The results may be:

  • Outdated — the person may have changed roles or left the company.
  • Incorrect — the matched profile may belong to a different person with a similar name, a different office, or an unrelated team.
  • Incomplete — email addresses, phone numbers, or LinkedIn URLs may be missing or unverified.

You are responsible for verifying contact details before sending any outreach. The dashboard's Approve step is your checkpoint to review and correct contact information before any email is drafted or sent.

3. Outreach Is Yours to Own

Job Bot drafts personalized outreach emails but does not send anything without your explicit approval. All drafts are created for your review before anything goes out. You are responsible for the content, tone, and accuracy of every message sent under your name.

4. Data Storage & Privacy

Job Bot stores your data — job listings, contact details, run logs, and account information. Data shared with third-party enrichment providers is governed by those providers' privacy policies.

5. No Warranties

Job Bot is provided as-is. There are no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

  • The accuracy or completeness of job listings, contact details, or enrichment data.
  • The effectiveness of outreach in securing interviews or employment.
  • Uninterrupted operation of the app or its integrations.

6. Responsible Use

You agree to use Job Bot in a manner consistent with applicable laws. In particular:

  • Do not use the app to send bulk unsolicited messages.
  • Respect rate limits and do not configure the tool to scrape at a volume that violates a platform's terms.
  • Verify that automated outreach complies with anti-spam regulations (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR where applicable).

7. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Job Bot, you acknowledge that you have read these terms and accept them.
