Privacy Policy — Job Bot

1. What We Collect

Job Bot collects only what is needed to provide the service:

2. How We Use Your Data

Running your job searches — discovering listings, scoring them, and sourcing contact details using third-party enrichment services.
Generating outreach — sending your resume and job context to our AI toolset to draft personalised cover letters and emails.
Billing — tracking credit usage and processing payments via our payment system.
Service reliability — logs and error reports used to diagnose issues. Not shared externally.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties beyond the sub-processors listed below.

3. Third-Party Sub-Processors

Each sub-processor operates under their own privacy policy and data processing agreements. We select vendors that offer appropriate data protection commitments.

4. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. Free trial credits expire after 7 days, but your account data remains until you delete your account.

When you delete your account, all associated job records, run logs, resume files, and configuration are permanently deleted within 30 days. Our payment processor retains billing records for their own legal compliance.

5. Your Rights

You can:

Access your data — everything visible in the dashboard is your data. Run logs, job records, and credit history are accessible in the app.
Delete your account — you can delete your account on the Settings page.
Correct your data — update job records, contact details, and settings directly in the dashboard at any time.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Authentication tokens are short-lived. Payment card data is never stored by Job Bot.
